POLICIES & PROCEDURES

  • Customer Service:    If you encounter a problem with fit or shape of a pair of grips or knife handle, please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to correct the issue. Some frames vary a little and can leave an edge or corner exposed a bit or short a bit, not usually very much and some models are more consistent than others. We will rework, replace or refund at our discretion as long as no alterations have been made by the consumer.
  • Damage or loss:  Most of our shipping is done thru USPS priority mail flat rate boxes. They are insured for a nominal 50.00. If you experience a shipping problem, let us know and we will do what we can to help. Tracking numbers are available upon request.
  • Returns:  You have 10 days from receipt to inspect your order, if there is a problem, please let us know and we will do what we can, refer to above description under customer service.
  • Shipping is USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping will increase when USPS raises there rates again.

Most shipping is done priority mail, which is usually 5-10 days, but sometimes longer, we normally ship the following day after payment is received.

  • Pricing, we will try to keep our prices as low as possible, but antler is a commodity and the prices increase from time to time and may need to be reflected in our prices. We will do our best to keep the website prices current.
  • Warranty:  There is no express or implied warranty. We do our best to choose only quality antler, bone and horn, however these are natural materials and we can not predict the unexpected. If you have a problem, let us know.
  • Payment: Is by money order, or credit card and paypal thru the website
